We offer lots of ways to step into leadership and discover what a future in the creative world could look like. You’ll be supported by friendly mentors and indusrty professionals who believe in helping young people thrive.

• Mentoring & Training — get one-to-one guidance to help you build confidence and take your next step.

• Work Experience and Volunteering — try out real roles in the arts, gain hands-on experience, and learn how creative careers work.

• Paid Roles — some young people go on to perform, lead sessions, or work as part of our team.

Many of our current youth leaders and staff first started out here — joining a session, volunteering, or taking part in a project. Whatever your journey, there’s room for you to grow and make your mark.
