Whether you are a sewer looking for access to a machine\, a sculptor needing space to spread out\, a musician in search of a quiet room to rehearse\, or a henna artist wanting somewhere comfortable to practise and develop your work\, you are very welcome here. \nThe atmosphere is relaxed and supportive\, offering time and space to focus\, experiment and make progress on your work. Classes can be booked via Instagram @flowandglowyogaco or by WhatsApp on +44 7931 387734. \nFounded in 2024\, Flow and Glow Yoga Co are built on the belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone\, regardless of age\, experience\, body\, or financial circumstances. Their sessions focus on creating a supportive\, inclusive environment where people can build strength\, flexibility\, calm and confidence through regular practice. \nClass timetable \nMondays\, 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Yoga for BeginnersIdeal if you are completely new to yoga or would like a refresher on the basics. Each week explores a different theme\, moving through a gentle sequence of postures with clear guidance and plenty of time to notice how each pose feels in your body. The class finishes with slow stretching and a deeply relaxing savasana. \nWednesdays\, 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Vinyasa Flow (all levels welcome)Vinyasa means moving with the breath. This class explores a new theme each week\, flowing through a sequence that encourages focus\, rhythm and a meditative quality of movement. Options\, modifications and progressions are always offered\, making the class suitable for beginners through to more experienced practitioners. \nPractical informationClasses are £8 per session\, payable by cash or bank transfer. Multi class passes are also available.Sessions usually take place in Studio 1 at The Vale\, which has step free access. Please note that on the first Monday of each month\, the Monday class takes place in Studio 3\, accessed via a flight of stairs. \nCome as you are and move in a way that feels good for you.

Writers of all backgrounds and at every stage of their writing journey are warmly welcomed. \nA typical session includes sharing and gently critiquing members’ work\, writing together using fun and thought provoking exercises\, and enjoying plenty of tea\, biscuits and conversation in a relaxed\, supportive atmosphere. \nIf you would like to find out more\, join the mailing list\, or receive writing to read and critique ahead of meetings\, please email mossleywriters@gmail.com. There is a small monthly fee to cover the hire of the space at The Vale. \nYou may also be interested in The Tameside WordShop\, a year long programme of free writing workshops for Tameside writers. \n
