Flow and Glow Yoga Co at The Vale

Flow and Glow Yoga Co offer two welcoming public yoga classes at The Vale each week. Classes can be booked via Instagram @flowandglowyogaco or by WhatsApp on +44 7931 387734.

Founded in 2024, Flow and Glow Yoga Co are built on the belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, body, or financial circumstances. Their sessions focus on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where people can build strength, flexibility, calm and confidence through regular practice.

Class timetable

Mondays, 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Yoga for Beginners
Ideal if you are completely new to yoga or would like a refresher on the basics. Each week explores a different theme, moving through a gentle sequence of postures with clear guidance and plenty of time to notice how each pose feels in your body. The class finishes with slow stretching and a deeply relaxing savasana.

Wednesdays, 6.00pm to 7.00pm – Vinyasa Flow (all levels welcome)
Vinyasa means moving with the breath. This class explores a new theme each week, flowing through a sequence that encourages focus, rhythm and a meditative quality of movement. Options, modifications and progressions are always offered, making the class suitable for beginners through to more experienced practitioners.

Practical information
Classes are £8 per session, payable by cash or bank transfer. Multi class passes are also available.
Sessions usually take place in Studio 1 at The Vale, which has step free access. Please note that on the first Monday of each month, the Monday class takes place in Studio 3, accessed via a flight of stairs.
