Steph Fraser’s remarkable voice, gift for melody and wry lyrics have quietly established her as one of the most compelling new voices in British music.
Summer 2026 saw Fraser deliver two lauded performances at the Royal Albert Hall after featuring on Jack Savoretti’s single “Only Gonna Cry For You”, which she co-wrote with Savoretti and longtime collaborator Jonny Wright.
This came on the back of a UK tour with celebrated Irish songwriter Declan O’Rourke. Her highly anticipated debut album is released in October 2026, when she will embark on a full sold out UK tour supporting Jack Savoretti.
Living and touring from a motorhome, Fraser writes songs that combine sharp observation, emotional honesty and an instinctive ear for a huge chorus. Raw, restless and emotionally fearless, her music is delivered with a voice capable of stopping a room mid-conversation.

We’re delighted to welcome Steph to The Vale, along with some incredible support acts…
Run Remedy is Robin Koob, an ex-evangelical violin nerd turned alt-indie sad girl with a sense of humor. Born in Jersey and forged in church choirs and string quartets, she now stomps through the streets of Manchester, crafting songs that are equal parts shoegaze, diary entry, and stand-up set. With the recent release of her debut album, Xtian Skate Night, she’s caught the ears of BBC 6 Music, with strong support and airplay from some of the station’s most beloved DJs.

Also supporting Steph is Manchester’s Doad, who writes songs that feel like conversations you have at 2am. Rooted in the city’s DIY scene, Doad pairs raw, confessional lyricism with warm guitars and textured production that sits somewhere between folk, indie, and alt-rock. Known for playing small rooms across Manchester and the North West, Doad’s music is built on honesty first. With a focus on storytelling and atmosphere, tracks pull from everyday life in Manchester: the bus rides, the pubs, the people you don’t forget.
